All our distribution and manufacturing services include:

Operational Application Support

Provided for all internal systems, including WMS, Voice Picking accounts, and any functions approved by your IT department. OAS also includes a central point for onsite escalation and coordination between operations staff and 3rd level support teams.

Team Training

For new staff on the proper use of the IT equipment, including correct care and required maintenance.

Device Set-Up & Management

Set-up and ensure that all battery-operated devices have working processes for charging and conditioning. Asset management and repair management for all customer devices.

Proactive Support

To minimize workflow interruptions, our onsite technicians check and repair floor-based specialty printers, RF devices and scanning equipment.

Service Updates

All stakeholders and users get regular written and in-person communications regarding important IT activities, including major incidents, project rollouts and IT observations.

Technical Escort Service

For vendors who need to attend the site. These include computer room environments, network providers, and any specialty vendors needing to service their equipment.

Work Order Management

We follow accepted ITIL processes ensuring properly documented issues are corrected on time and within the required service levels.
